This Privacy Notice describes how Banter collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through the Site and related pre-contractual marketing and business-development activities.

This Privacy Notice applies to personal information collected when you:

(a) browse or interact with the Site;

(b) submit a contact form or demo request;

(c) subscribe to newsletters or updates;

(d) communicate with Banter through the Site; or

(e) otherwise provide information to Banter through the Site.

This Privacy Notice does not govern Banter’s handling of client data processed in connection with paid services delivered under a customer agreement. Such processing is governed by the applicable customer contract and service-specific privacy or data protection terms.

Banter does not sell personal information. Banter does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If Banter’s practices change in the future in a manner requiring additional notices or opt-out mechanisms under applicable law, Banter will update this Privacy Notice accordingly.

Banter may process personal information in the United States and other countries in which Banter or its service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, Banter will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, including contractual safeguards.
